CHILDREN AND YOUTH
Our children and youth are a gift to St. John! Helping them discover their faith and grow in their relationship with God is a vital ministry. Check out some of the many ways we seek to support our children and youth.
Mars Area Youth Group
Youth Group is for youth in grades 6-12. Meetings are about twice a month on Sunday afternoons. Meetings include a variety of activities, including faith discussions, games, service activities, and more!
Kid’s Club meets about twice per month on Sundays at 4:00pm rotating between meetings at the church building and social and service events.
Youth Group is a Christian-based group, but children who do not regularly attend church will find a home here too.
Youth Group is hosted jointly by St. John and Mars United Presbyterian Church. Youth do not have to be a member of either hosting church to join.

Vacation Bible School
We had so much fun with Rainforest Falls in 2026. Thanks to everyone who attended, helped, and supported this incredible program. We welcomed over 60 kids each night, supported by dozens of volunteers, and we raised enough for more than 50 trees in our mission offering!

We offer a free community Vacation Bible School every summer around the 2nd week of July in partnership with Mars United Presbyterian Church and Valencia Presbyterian Church. Join our mailing list below to receive updates!
Kids' Club
Kids' Club is for kids in 2nd-5th grade.
Kids of the Mars Area will have time with old and new friends as they play and learn and grow in their faith. All youth are welcome!
